Delivery of your order is made after receipt of the full price of the order, including shipping costs if any (delivery is free of charge from 100 euros all over France). The Products ordered will be delivered to the postal address provided or in a relay point, depending on the delivery method chosen by the latter at the time of placing the order. Orders processed on our website will take 2-3 business days to arrive within France, 4-7 business days to arrive within Europe. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if they do not suit you we’re happy to help : you have a period of 15 days after receipt your order to return your parts with a refund or to get a credit note on your bank account. In the pursuit of authenticity, our materials are carefully selected. All leathers are sourced from Italian tanneries.
Since leather is a natural material, taking good care of it will allow you to enjoy your product for longer. Before waterproofing, it is advisable to clean the leather to avoid dirt on the surface penetrating deeper into the grain.
For suede split gussets, we recommend occasional brushing with a soft-bristled brush, and the application of a spray for treated leather by a good-quality brand.
